Is there a difference between regular orders and Stealth Marketing orders?

I did not receive my order, what do I do now?

Please ensure the following criteria are met before placing an order to secure a successful delivery: Your social media accounts must be set to public, and you must enter the correct account username(s).

Avoid changing your username before the order is completed, and ensure the account or post still exists and has not been deleted.

The video must comply with each platform's guidelines and should not be restricted or removed. Please allow 24 hours for order delivery. If you experience any issues, contact our support team at hello@zokgrowth.com for assistance.

Are the followers and engagement from real people or bots?

The only way to ensure that you receive 100% real engagement and followers is through our Stealth Marketing option. The cost reflects the payment we make to individuals engaging with your content.

How do I stop follower replenishment?

If you no longer wish to receive replenishment for your account, simply email our team at hello@zokgrowth.com.

Will using this service affect my social media account(s)?

Using any service to drive engagement to your social media account can have either a positive or negative impact. If you choose our Stealth Marketing strategy, you can expect only positive results. However, using our general services may put your account at risk of being penalized by the algorithm. While we are not responsible for this, we recommend Stealth Marketing to stay on the safe side.

I no longer want the order I purchased. Can it be removed?

All followers delivered are real accounts from genuine Instagram users. Due to this, our team cannot transfer or remove followers once they have been delivered. As the social media account owner, you can manually remove selected followers by blocking each individual user.
